1. Exchange Policy
Please provide the original invoice as proof of purchase.
Items can be exchanged within 15 days if returned in an unused condition, fit for resale, in their original packaging, along with any free promotional gift associated with the product.
Exchanges are subject to availability and must be for products of equal or greater value.
Customers may need to pay the difference if applicable.
Size exchanges are based on stock availability.
Non-exchangeable Items:

Altered or personalized goods.
Products purchased during a sale or promotion.
Items that have already been exchanged.
Custom-made or special-order items.

2. Pricing Policy
Amrohvis reserves the right to change prices at any time without notice.
We strive for pricing accuracy on our website and barcodes, but errors may occur. If a pricing error is discovered, we will contact you promptly to confirm or cancel your order.
Prices for customized orders may vary.
Online and in-store prices may differ, and discounts offered online may not apply in stores, and vice versa.
Items sold out may be reproduced at updated prices.
Membership discounts are not applicable to promotional goods.

3. Orders
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Items in your shopping basket are not reserved until checkout.
For customized orders, 50% payment in advance is required.
Customers paying in advance will receive priority for delivery, subject to fabric or trim availability. If unavailable, we will notify customers and offer alternatives or refunds.

4. Cancellation
Orders may be canceled within two hours of placement.
Once an order is ready for dispatch, it cannot be canceled.
Amrohvis reserves the right to cancel any order due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, or incorrect information.
